TextMate 2 (Recommended)
Open Preferences, in the Bundles tab, check SCSS to automatically install the bundle.
Git with TextMate 1
- Make a new bundles folder
mkdir -p ~/Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Bundles - Open the new folder
cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Bundles - Clone to your new folder
git clone git://github.com/MarioRicalde/SCSS.tmbundle.git "SCSS.tmbundle" - Reload TextMate Bundles
osascript -e 'tell app "TextMate" to reload bundles'

How to Upgrade
- Open the bundle's folder
cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Avian/Bundles - Pull new version
git pull origin master
