Scout-App允许您将.sass和.scss文件处理为CSS，而不需要任何有关命令行的知识。

Scout-App 2是用JavaScript、Sass和HTML编写的。是使用跨平台运行环境 NW.js 和 UGUI 框架构建的。

Scout-App Classic，也就是2012版本，依靠Java 6或7运行，和Adobe Air。关于如何设置开发环境来构建使用此技术的新版本的知识已经丢失了。 因此，根据该分支中的代码，将不太可能制作新版本。
